Unless otherwise arranged, our staff arrive 4 hours prior to meal time to cook and prepare your function
We supply our own tables to cook and serve from. What we need from you is a table and an urn to set up your coffee station and to leave all remaining food for your guests to enjoy.
We can however supply a table and an urn if requested but they will leave with us unles otherwise arranged
